    Position Overview

    We are actively seeking a seasoned Superintendent, with proven commercial buildi ng and tenant improvement experience, who thrives in fast-paced, high expectations settings. This role requires the ability to drive schedules, coordinate trades, and deliver high-quality projects on time, every time.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead all on-site construction activities for commercial building construction projects Read and execute plans to owner specifications Develop and manage schedules, including three-week lookaheads Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and landlord requirements Communicate daily with the Project Manager on progress and challenges Proactively solve issues to maintain schedule and quality Maintain accurate documentation in Procore (daily logs, photos, schedules, RFIs, etc.) Enforce jobsite safety and lead weekly safety meetings Participate in client/owner and contractor weekly meetings Assist Project Manager with change orders and close out documentation

    Position Requirements

    5+ years of experience in commercial ground-up/core and shell and tenant improvement Strong understanding of sitework including, grading, concrete, foundations, civil and underground utilities Significant experience with building construction and interior finishes Ability to manage multiple trades in active, deadline-driven environments Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills OSHA certification required Microsoft Office required Procore Construction Software is a plus

    Work Requirements
