Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and health screeningsDiagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across patient populationsDevelop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocolsPrescribe medications, therapies, and follow-up care as appropriateOrder and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imagingEducate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellnessCollaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR systemRequirements:Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of OhioMaster's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited programCurrent national NP board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)Valid DEA license and prescriptive authority in OhioExperience in primary care, family medicine, or related clinical setting preferredProficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systemsStrong clinical judgment, communication, and patient advocacy skillsCompassionate, team-oriented, and committed to evidence-based practiceAbout Us:Scheidler Health Associates LLC is a trusted healthcare provider serving the Hamilton, OH community with a commitment to personalized, high-quality patient care.
