    Shifts: This position is on-site. We are looking for the following shifts: the second shift (Mondays through Fridays, from 2 pm to 10:30 pm) and the first shift (weekends only, Friday through Sunday, from 6 am to 6:30 pm).

    Essential Functions:

    Coordinates on-site installation/maintenance of electrical and mechanical automated systems.Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and align electrical and mechanical automated system machines.Clears the electrical and mechanical software interface.Effectively communicates with customers in high-impact scenarios.Develops and maintains standards and tools for hardware projects.Monitors external suppliers.Monitors automated system machine performance.Maneuver ladders, metal stairs, catwalks, and temporary structures in warehouses and distribution centers to find problems and make repairs.May occasionally work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, to support customer service and change requests.May travel to other sites for paid training, installations, and vacation relief.Works independently with little or no supervision.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the Essential Functions.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Trains internal and external customers to increase system knowledge, resolve issues, and prevent issues from recurring.Update system manuals.Attends and participates in customer meetings.

    Qualifications:

    2-year degree in Electronic or Mechanical Technology or equivalent experience.1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably with automation systems.Working knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles, motors, drivers, belts, and bearings


    Physical and Safety Requirements: This position requires employees to work at elevated heights and access equipment located approximately 90 to 109 feet above ground level. Employees must be able to safely climb and descend multiple flights of stairs (up to six flights) and perform work at height while wearing all required personal protective equipment and fall-protection systems. Candidates must be able to safely perform these essential job functions and use all required equipment in accordance with company safety policies and manufacturer specifications.

    Position Overview

    The Controls Support Technician provides onsite technical support for automated material handling systems in warehouse and distribution center environments. This role troubleshoots, maintains, and supports PLC-controlled automation equipment while working closely with customers, software developers, and cross-functional teams to maximize system uptime, reliability, and operational performance.

    Essential FunctionsTroubleshoot, repair, and support Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Material Flow Systems (MFS), and automation equipment, including sensors, scanners, motors, frequency inverters, encoders, and visualization systems.Diagnose system faults and production issues through root cause analysis, system testing, and corrective actions to restore equipment operation and minimize downtime.Monitor system performance, analyze operational reports, and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall system performance.Collaborate with onsite personnel, software developers, customers, and global support teams to resolve technical issues, communicate system status, and ensure continuous system operation.Maintain accurate documentation, help-desk tickets, and technical records while developing training materials and providing technical guidance to internal teams and customers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience.Experience supporting PLCs, Siemens S7 PLCs, or .NET-based automation systems.Knowledge of industrial automation equipment, including conveyors, automated cranes, packaging systems, and drive technologies.Familiarity with industrial communication networks such as Ethernet, AS-i, and PROFIBUS.Experience with AutoCAD or EPLAN is preferred.

    Shift: This is an on-site position. 2nd shift: Wednesday to Saturday from 2pm - 12:30am

    The Mission Control Operator monitors, analyzes, and supports automated material handling systems within warehouse and distribution center environments. Using advanced diagnostic tools, this role performs troubleshooting, documents system performance and faults, identifies opportunities for optimization, and collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams to maximize system uptime, throughput, and operational efficiency.

    Essential FunctionsMonitor Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Material Flow Systems (MFS), and automated equipment to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues while maintaining maximum system availability.Analyze system performance, equipment faults, and operational data to identify root causes, improve throughput, reduce cycle times, and recommend performance enhancements.Serve as the first point of response for system issues by documenting incidents, managing support tickets, escalating mechanical, electrical, software, and controls issues to the appropriate teams, and coordinating resolution efforts.Create and maintain operational reports, fault documentation, user guides, and training materials while supporting the training of internal teams and customers to improve system knowledge and reduce recurring issues.Collaborate with Software Support Engineers, global support teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to communicate system status, resolve high-impact issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Participate in a rotating 24/7 support schedule to monitor automated systems, respond to production-impacting events, and ensure consistent operational performance.Required QualificationsAssociate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize work, and make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

    Position Overview

    Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Site Administrator provides administrative, clerical, and safety support for onsite operations. This role coordinates office activities, maintains maintenance and inventory records, supports safety initiatives, and serves as a key point of contact for employees, customers, and vendors while ensuring efficient day-to-day site operations.

    Position Summary

    The Key Account Manager (KAM) serves as the primary customer-facing representative supporting a major strategic customer operating across two locations in Ozark, MO and Findlay, OH. This highly visible role is responsible for building long term customer relationships, identifying service and system improvement opportunities, and delivering solutions that maximize customer performance and satisfaction. The KAM acts as a trusted advisor to the customer while partnering closely with Service Operations, Engineering, and Project Management teams to develop and implement service strategies that drive customer success and business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Serve as the primary point of contact for a major customer across two facilities, building trusted relationships with site leadership and key stakeholders.Identify, develop, and close service sales opportunities including maintenance agreements, system upgrades, modernization projects, spare parts, and lifecycle management solutions.Collaborate with Engineering, Service Operations, and Project Management teams to develop and deliver solutions that improve system performance and customer value.Manage account activities, service commitments, business reviews, and escalations to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.Maintain a regular presence at both customer sites while representing the company through meetings, presentations, and strategic planning discussions.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in technical sales, service sales, account management, customer success, or a related B2B environment.Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CRM/business systems.Understanding of automation, logistics, material handling systems, industrial equipment, or IT systemsAbility to travel approximately 25%.

    The Controls Support Engineer provides on-site technical support for automated material handling equipment in warehouses and distribution centers, utilizing complex troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a range of technical tools.


    Essential Functions:

    Location: Hybrid (Charlotte, NC)/Remote


    Essential Functions:

    Definition and documentation of the software interfaces of all sub-systems.Definition and monitoring of the controls test levels of all sub-systems.Implementation and verification of the software safety requirements in compliance with the specifications from the technical engineering.Design, configuration, programming, and commissioning of complex control systems for automation projects, including PLC, SCADA, and HMI.Startup, pre-commissioning, commissioning and PLC software parametrization for Schaefer equipment.Plausibility check of the performance measurement protocol and handover protocol for installation.Produce and review control system documentation, including manuals, standard operating procedures, technical reports and special equipment functionalities. Work in contact with project team and IT team, participating in meetings related to the project. Work in contact to customer service when needed. Minimum of 50% travel within the US but may also include some international travel.

    Qualification Requirements:
