    Job Summary:

    Attraction Attendants at Scene 75 are friendly, upbeat individuals with a desire to help guests have fun! We are looking for someone who brings a fun energy to the environment, that is outgoing, loves meeting new people, and is not afraid to step outside of their comfort zone. Attraction Attendants operate all of our entertainment attractions and are responsible for the bulk of guest interaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operates attractions while following all safety expectations Anticipates and solves any guest issues, with or without assistance Communicates clearly with guests and team members Engages guests often to ensure a positive and lasting experience Keeps surrounding area neat, tidy, and clean. Stays organized and aware of party schedules to execute successfully booked events Answers any basic questions about the facility including pricing, directions, duration of game play etc. Embodies the core values of Sharing Fun, Putting People First, Pursuing Excellence, and Creating Lasting Memories

    Requirements:

    Position requires consistent activity, such as walking, bending and lifting Must be able to work holidays and weekends Employment may require background checkMust be 16 years or older

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the management of our culinary department which covers food for our event space for large-scale party rentals and/or company events, our restaurant, and snack zone. You will lead a team of talented event staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and other hospitality professionals, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service. This role is pivotal in maintaining a vibrant, efficient, and safe environment, aligning with our commitment to delivering top-tier entertainment experiences. Strong communication skills, effective time management, and a dedication to excellence are essential. Experience in managing large events, particularly in food and beverage, such as wedding receptions and corporate gatherings, is highly desirable.

    Accountabilities:

    Supervise a diverse team of 15-25+ employees, ensuring efficient daily operations.Maintain accurate records of employee attendance on a daily basis.Maintain inventory and food and order any necessary items.Will cover a Manager on Duty shift and open the store once a week.

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

    Proficiently maintain day-to-day notes on staff performance.Keep employees informed on culture, standards, and updates such as sales specials or new job opportunities.Communicate daily with team members, fostering a strong teamwork ethic and attitude.Maintain a safety-focused attitude at all times.Be available for special projects or holidays.

    Skills/Competencies Required:

    Strong teamwork ethic and attitude.Attention to detail.Passion for the work and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Time management and a sense of urgency.Leadership skills.

    Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

    Must be at least 21 years of age.Must have a high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.Must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience.Experience in managing large events, particularly in food and beverage, such as wedding receptions is required.Experience in Restaurant/Food & Beverage Management is required, with a preference for experience in managing large events.Must be able to work weekends and holidays.Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week, available every weekend.Able to stand for long periods of time.Able to lift 39 pounds unaided.Valid driver’s license required.Authorized to work in the United States.

    Job Summary:
    As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in supporting the Bar Manager in providing exceptional service to our guests. The Assistant Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, interacting with customers, taking orders, and ensuring the accuracy of transactions through the POS system. We are seeking individuals with a friendly and upbeat attitude, a commitment to quality, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare and serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.Enter each order accurately into the POS system.Uphold the company's core values and ensure optimum guest experience.Accountable for maintaining quality, consistency, and sanitation standards as per company and state regulations.Practice an ownership mentality with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.Keep the bar area clean and tidy, including washing glasses and cleaning the bar top and surrounding areas.Restock supplies during slow operational hours, including alcohol, ice, fruit, beer kegs, and beer cooler.Accurately portion all orders to ensure low cost.Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring all orders are accounted for in the POS system.Work with the management team to achieve year-over-year growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction.Execute programs to lead to increased sales and profitability.Understand all menu items and effectively upsell to guests.Ensure safety by keeping areas free from hazards, addressing and correcting any practices that lower safety standards.Avoid over-serving alcohol and check the ID of every patron to prevent serving minors.Handle guest complaints and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.Obtain TIPS Certification.

    Qualifications:

    Friendly, upbeat attitude.Ability to perform each essential duty successfully.Bar experience preferred, but not required.Ability and willingness to learn all stations on the line.Ability to follow drink recipes and maintain accurate pour sizes.Ability to keep calm under pressure and handle guest complaints.TIPS Certification.Computer skills to operate the POS system.Strong language skills for reading and interpreting business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Mathematical skills for calculating figures such as discount, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume, cost, and tip share.Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.

    Additional Requirements:

    Position requires consistent activity, such as walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work holidays and weekends.Employment may require a background check.
