  What You'll Do:
  
  The SC Builders Project Manager consistently generates positive feedback from clients, architects and other team members and is critical to the company's commitment to building long-term relationships. You will ensure each project is completed on time and within budget by:
  
  shepherding the estimating process with the Precon Team,coordinating with the design team to meet the client's needs,maintaining a proactive, strategic focus on all phases of the building process, andproviding leadership to the various project teams and stakeholders through exceptional communication skills.
  What You'll Bring:
  
  The ideal candidate will be personable, outgoing, proactive, and organizedA passion for building.Excellent written and verbal communications.Proactivity and passionate commitment to managing complex projects.Strong and resourceful problem-solving.Innovative and effective business development and RFP capabilities.Outstanding team leadership.Efficient, timely, and accurate project documentation.LEED Accreditation encouraged, though not required.
  Salary & Compensation:
  
  $130,000 - $200,000

  Prepare planCoordinate laydown & staging areasEnsure path is safe for deliveriesInstall temporary protection as needed

  Ensure all state and city permits are in placeUnderstand all subcontractors scope of workBuy into and fully understand the budgetThoroughly review the drawings

  
  

  Construction

  
  

  Prepareand update the master scheduleChair weekly subcontractor coordination meetingsAttend weekly OAC Meetings and review 3-week look-ahead scheduleTrack long-lead itemsOrder material for self-performed tasksWrite thorough Daily Job ReportsSchedule city and special InspectionsPre-punch project and manage punch listKeep accurate as-built drawings and review subcontractor as-built drawingsComplete closeout and final permits in a timely mannerProactively anticipate all issues to avoid surprises or emergencies

  
  

  Safety

  
  

  Implement and enforce SC Builders Injury and Illness Prevention Program, CalOSHA regulations, as well as other applicable state and federal safety guidelines with regard to company workers, subcontractors, site visitors, et al.Prepare Site Safety Program, chair weekly safety meeting, train and discipline workers as needed
  Conduct weekly Safety Meetings and daily jobsite inspections.

  
  

  Quality Control

  
  

  Ensure high standard of quality control for all involved parties
  Accountable for project quality control and owner satisfaction with the finished project.

  
  

  Salary & Compensation

  
  

  $125,000 - $220,000
