We are looking for a professional, trustworthy, and reliable Bottling Line Lead to join our team. We operate Monday-Thursday and some Fridays. This position will be scheduled to work 5:00pm-3:00am.The Bottling Line Lead will be responsible for the following:Leading assigned employees to achieve daily line targets such as safety, quality, and productivityUtilizing problem solving tools to support the lines zero loss objectiveConduct five-minute startup meeting, Tier I BoardEnsure all paperwork is completed (start-up checklist, label verification)Ensure assigned line is properly set up (labels, bottles, and caps)Required QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED equivalentTwo years of relevant experience (minimum)Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)Ability to communicate with all levels of an organizationAbility to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistanceGood vision and manual dexterityDemonstrated ability to work quickly and effectively in demanding situationsStrong planning and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsAbility to operate industrial equipment as requiredStrong interpersonal skillsProve strong analytical and technical skillsApprenticeship program, technical school or associate's degreeTwo years previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environmentYou should be proficient in:Leadership / People ManagementLean Manufacturing PrinciplesSalary info:$30 - $30 / hr
