This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact finance role created following the retirement of a 25-year veteran. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis for multiple entities (domestic and international).Partner with leadership to build long-term financial models supporting company strategy and initiatives.Provide executive-level reporting and insights on income, expenses, and earnings.Oversee financial planning for global operations, including transfer pricing and FX considerations.Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiency through tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, presenting financial insights and recommendations.Progressively assume management of direct reports and play a key role in developing team talent.Candidate Profile
Industry Experience
Required: Medical Device industry (Class I–III); Class II experience preferred.Related experience (biotech, pharma) may be considered.Technical & Financial Acumen
7+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience in a growth-oriented environment.Strong knowledge of general ledger, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.Experience with international entities, transfer pricing, and FX management.Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI; Dynamics 365 experience highly desirable.Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (online degrees acceptable).Executive presence with strong communication skills; confident presenting to C-suite and ownership.Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.Long-term mindset and commitment to organizational growth.Compensation & Details
