Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, development, and deployment of semiconductor and memory test solutions across the product lifecycle. Define and drive product requirements for software applications that run on or interact with hardware products.Partner closely with Software and Hardware Engineering teams to shape features, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver high-quality releases.Participate in hands-on testing and validation of software applications on hardware platforms, providing actionable feedback to improve quality, usability, and reliability.Evaluate the end-to-end consumer experience across hardware and software touchpoints, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.Proactively generate and champion ideas to enhance consumer experience using software capabilities on hardware products.Collaborate with host partner software teams to optimize the end-to-end user experience, ensuring seamless integration between storage hardware and host software applications.Identify and help resolve compatibility issues while driving improvements in performance, reliability, and usability across supported platforms.Translate customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Work cross-functionally with product, design, QA, marketing, and partner teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration.Why Join Us

3–5 years of Product Management experience.Experience testing or validating software applications on hardware products.Solid understanding of consumer electronics; familiarity with storage products is strongly preferred.Comfort working at the intersection of software and hardware, with an appreciation for how the two come together to shape user experience.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal engineering teams and external software partners.Self-starter with an inquisitive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas, requirements, and trade-offs.SKILLS:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Architect and design circuits at transistor level and gate level for leading-edge 3D NAND flash memory focusing on high-speed datapath circuit design and page buffers design.Perform block level and full chip circuit simulations to meet all performance specifications.RTL design, synthesis, static timing analysis and verification in verilog for page buffer and data path control logics. Conduct silicon debugging and evaluation with micro-probing. Collaborate with characterization engineers to fully characterize silicon, and partner with other designers to develop solutions for silicon issues.Generate detailed technical reports and presentations.QualificationsRequired:
