    Position Summary:

    As a Senior SCM Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing supply chain operations data to identify areas for improvement. The position provides coordination and support to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) task force, assists with day-to-day operations, and ensures the effective execution of SCM plans.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic data analysis and process engineering

    Direct the collection and advanced analysis of end-to-end supply chain data

    Engineer and implement strategic improvements to operational procedures to maximize efficiency and cost-saving

    Task force leadership and operational oversight

    Lead SCM task forces for critical projects, providing expert guidance and high-level operational support to ensure organizational goals are met

    Advanced systems and inventory governance

    Oversee WMS and SAP data integrity, managing complex EDI workflows and inventory reconciliations

    Audit daily inputs/outputs to ensure 100% data accuracy across global system

    Cross-functional execution and integration :

    Synthesize complex business reports for senior leadership, identifying systemic issues and pitching data-driven solutions for long-term growth

    Establish and monitor KPIs to track supply chain health

    E-Commerce and global trade strategy:

    Strategize manage E-Commerce fulfillment operations and complex intermediary trade flows, ensuring compliance and speed-to-market.

    Project management:

    Lead specialized SCM projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior staff and aligning with department-wide objectives.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree in SCM, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field preferred (Master’s degree or APICS certification preferred)

    8 - 10+ years of relevant work experience in SCM

    English/Korean bilingual speaking required

    Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

    Prior experience in supply chain management, logistics operations and/or warehousing, high-level 3PL management.

    Preferred experience SAP, WMS

    Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes deadlines and deliver results with minimal supervision

    Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

    Willingness to travel in USA under 20%


    The base salary for this position is between $80,000 - 95,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location.     Position Summary:

    The Senior Portfolio Forecasting Specialist is the analytical engine of the Portfolio Strategy team, supporting long-range planning, enterprise growth strategy, and innovation portfolio assessment. This role is responsible for translating upstream ideas, inventions, and strategic initiatives into robust financial forecasts and evidence-based growth estimates that can be incorporated into the company’s long-range plan. Partnering closely with the Senior Manager, Portfolio Strategy, this individual builds the quantitative foundation for evaluating growth initiatives—sizing opportunities, modeling adoption and economics, pressure-testing assumptions, and helping leadership understand which innovation bets can most credibly contribute to multi-year growth ambitions. The role combines strategic curiosity with financial rigor, data fluency, and structured problem-solving, bringing clarity to ambiguous opportunities and creating a consistent framework for comparing initiatives across the portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Translate innovation concepts, upstream ideas, and strategic opportunities into initiative-level forecasts, business cases, and quantitative assessments that inform the enterprise long-range plan.

    Build forecasting models to estimate revenue, margin, investment requirements, timing, cash flow, and risk-adjusted value for new concepts, platforms, and growth initiatives.

    Quantify opportunity potential through market sizing, adoption curves, pricing scenarios, penetration assumptions, unit economics, and competitive context.

    Develop and maintain scenario analyses across base, upside, downside, and alternative assumptions to support portfolio planning and executive decision-making.

    Position Summary:

    The Senior Manager, Data Architecture & Technology, is the technical delivery leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling Samyang America’s enterprise data platform, including a cloud-based data lake and integration architecture.

    This role is responsible for turning fragmented data across systems into a reliable, scalable, and governed data foundation that powers analytics, strategy, and business decision-making. The position will manage a small internal team and external engineering partners to deliver a modern, future-ready data ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Architecture & Platform Design

    Design, development, and implementation of SYA enterprise data architecture, including data pipelines, data orchestration, data lakes and integration layers.

    Define and govern data models, structures, and standards to ensure scalability, flexibility, and usability across the organization.

    Establish architecture that supports both real-time and batch data processing.

    Data Engineering & Integration

    Oversee development of data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines across systems (ERP, CRM, marketing, finance, etc.).

    Ensure seamless integration of internal and external data sources into a unified environment.

    Optimize data flows for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

    Data Lake Implementation

    Lead day-to-day execution of the data lake build, partnering with external vendors and engineering teams.

    Ensure delivery against milestones, technical requirements, and business needs.

    Data Governance & Quality

    Manage internal resources, including:

    Position Summary:

    The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs at Samyang America. This role plays a critical part in ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with U.S. labor laws, while supporting Samyang’s rapid growth and global expansion.

    This position works closely with HR, global headquarters to deliver accurate, market-aligned compensation structures and competitive benefits programs that support employee engagement and business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Compensation

    Support the development, administration, and maintenance of salary structures, pay bands, and job leveling frameworks.

    Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis using external surveys and internal data to ensure competitiveness and pay equity.

    Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related matters including new hires, promotions, adjustments, and annual review cycles.

    Prepare compensation data, reports, and analysis for leadership and HQ review.

    Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local pay regulations (including California pay transparency requirements).

    Benefits

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct data collection and analysis to support internal reports and presentations

    Analyze budget vs. actual results, identifying major variances and trends

    Prepare monthly financial summaries including P&L and key performance indicators

    Assist in the creation of presentation materials for monthly business reviews and HQ reporting

    Requirements:

    Position Summary:

    The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations serves as the operational and strategic backbone of the Marketing organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for enabling cross-functional execution of key marketing initiatives across Brand Strategy, Brand Innovation, and IMX.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Cross-Functional Enablement & Governance

    Establish clear processes and governance models to streamline marketing operations.

    Strategic Marketing & HQ Alignment

    Strong strategic thinking capability with ability to translate strategy into execution.

    Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.

    Experience working closely with Sales and Finance teams.

    Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
