    Key Responsibilities:

    Set up and maintain a sterile field for surgical and nonsurgical procedures

    Assist in the operating room, including preparing patients and supporting the surgeon intraoperatively

    Prepare and assist with cosmetic injectable treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, PRFM, etc.)

    Monitor and care for postoperative recovery patients, ensuring comfort and safety

    Clean and sterilize instruments; manage and operate autoclave systems

    Document treatments and clinical notes accurately in EMR systems

    Support front desk as needed with patient intake, phones, scheduling

    Provide outstanding customer service and communication

    Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure seamless room turnover

    Take clinical photography of patients using standardized settings and lighting protocols

    Organize and manage before-and-after images for internal documentation and marketing use

    Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a white-glove approach at all times

    Qualifications:

    1+ year of experience in a plastic surgery or dermatology practice (required)

    Proficient in sterile technique and surgical support

    Familiarity with photography equipment and clinical photography standards (preferred)

    Comfortable in both clinical and administrative roles

    Strong EMR and computer skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication

    Warm, confident, and highly professional demeanor
