This role involves responding to service calls, securing and transporting disabled vehicles, and delivering excellent customer service while following all company policies and DOT regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate heavy duty tow trucks and recovery equipment safely and professionally.
• Respond to dispatched service calls including breakdowns, roadside assistance, and accident recoveries.
• Assess vehicles and determine the safest towing or recovery method.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles following company safety standards.
