At Salon North West, our Front Desk Coordinator is the first impression of our salon. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience. You’ll play a key role in keeping the salon running smoothly while supporting both our guests and our team.
What You’ll Do
Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments using Mangomint.Answer phones, emails, and text messages while providing exceptional customer service.Assist guests with retail recommendations, purchases, and checkout.Keep guest records accurate and up to date.Support daily salon operations by maintaining an organized and efficient front desk.Restock retail displays, shampoo and conditioner stations, beverages, and salon supplies.Wash, fold, and organize towels and capes throughout the day.Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk, waiting area, and common spaces.Assist the team wherever needed to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.We’re Looking For Someone Who...
Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys helping people.Is highly organized and able to multitask with ease.Communicates confidently and professionally in person, over the phone, and through email or text.Pays close attention to detail.Works well independently while also being a supportive team player.Learns new technology quickly (Mangomint experience is a plus, but not required).Takes initiative and enjoys staying busy.Brings positive energy and contributes to a welcoming salon culture.Preferred Qualifications
