    As the Pizza Cook you will .

    Preparing high-quality pizzas.
    Handling multiple food orders at one time.
    Ability to manage others and work on a team.
    Put pizzas in the oven and keep a check on the fire.
    Replacing cheeses, sauce, and toppings containers to ensure freshness.
    Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible.
    Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.
    Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.
    Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes.
    Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.
    Complete opening and closing checklists.
    Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area in all areas of the prep kitchen.

    DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a Sous Chef, your responsibilities include...

    Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen and culinary activities including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Ensure compliance with established recipes, quality standards, and health regulations.Oversee and participate in preparing ingredients, sauces, and other components for various dishes across the menu. Monitor the cooking and baking process to maintain consistency and exceptional taste.Assist with the development of new and innovative, quality food items to meet market and guest expectations.Oversee food preparation and production for catering packages.Collaborate with the culinary team to cater for special events and private functions, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.Following instructions and recommendations in taking care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager to uphold the quality standards set by the company.Maintain a clean and safe environment, instructing staff in proper food preparation, food storage, use of kitchen equipment, and utensil sanitation and safety issues.Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment regularly to ensure they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order.Assist in managing kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage of ingredients to minimize wastage and control food costs.Managing daily requirements, functions, and last-minute events.Responsible for training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.Works closely with the front-of-house staff to coordinate smooth food service and accommodate special guest requests and dietary restrictions.Promote and maintain good working relationships throughout the entire kitchen staff.Ensures management style and working methods are in line with the Sallys’ core values.Establish, maintain, and enforce consistent high-performance standards.

    The Sous Chef reports directly to the Kitchen Manager.

    The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the logistical and administrative operations of construction projects, both on-site and off-site. The role supports the execution of new store construction, remodels, roll-outs & facility projects to ensure on-time schedules, within budget, and in compliance with regulations and safety standards. This involves coordinating schedules, managing vendors, participation in the creation & award of vendor proposals, procuring materials, tracking project level finances, and maintaining communication among key project contacts and corporate stakeholders.

    As a Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities will include….

    Project Planning and Execution: Coordinating schedules, managing vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.  Communication: Acting as a liaison between project management, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.  Documentation and Record Keeping: Managing construction documentation, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.  Financial Tracking: Monitors all construction project finances, works with Finance Department to release deposits and payments to project vendors.   Procurement: Works with project execution team to order and track delivery and installations of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment for construction projects.  Issue Resolution: Assists in identifying and resolving construction-related problems and discrepancies.  Punch List Management: Works with project execution team to manage development and closeout of all project punch lists, and track/reports status to all stakeholders.  System Platforms: Works within Procore, Ecotrak, AutoCad, Adobe, and MS Office softwares. Key Personality Traits: Organized, Self Motivated, Supportive, Thoughtful, Multi-tasker --------------------
