    Day to Day
    Our Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.
    You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
    Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accountsDevelop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectivesCoordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needsPerform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignmentShare Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customersDrive growth within an existing assigned account
    Preferred Qualifications:

    In this visible and exciting role, the Senior Manager, Revenue Recognition, will partner with Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, and Pricing teams, play a trusted advisor role for customer contract negotiations, and perform contract review for revenue recognition compliance.

    The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment across many different functions within the business and the finance organization. A successful applicant will have a strong working understanding of ASC 606 with experience in application of the standard to a SaaS business model in the tech industry. Further, the candidate must excel in managing and understanding a wide range of issues and business models that could be driven by acquisitions, revenue recognition requirements, and strategic shifts in go-to-market strategies.

    Responsibilities:
    Work with Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, and Legal during contract negotiations and provide suggestions and guidance in order to ensure proper revenue recognitionReview complex revenue contracts for compliance with US GAAP and determine the appropriate accounting treatmentEstablish standard contract structures for both existing & new products and work cross-functionally to maintain a scalable quote-to-cash processLead training on revenue recognition rules, policies and practices within the Company, and in particular within the Sales organizationEngage with external auditors and understand/respond to the changes in the audit approachKeep up with industry trends and build relationships with external technical accounting advisorsMaintain documentation for all review and compliance work completedDeliver the highest standard of departmental, cross departmental and cross region customer serviceWork with the Revenue Recognition team and respective business partners to develop and maintain SOX ComplianceRevenue reporting and analysis, as neededLead and assist with other special projects, as needed

    We are currently seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP), Services Sales Leader to join our growing team within Customer Success Group (CSG). The Services Sales Leader is responsible for driving professional services sales, bookings, and delivery oversight for a portfolio of Healthcare customers across North America spanning the Payer, Provider, and Specialty Care sub-industries.

    Our Account Partners act as trusted advisors to our customers by providing execution excellence, demonstrating intimate knowledge of their business, and defining a roadmap towards success.
