Compensation and Benefits: Salary Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year based on experience, plus 2% commission. 401(k) 401(k) matching Continuing education credits Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance License reimbursement Paid time off Relocation assistance Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: 4-day work week with 3-day weekends (Monday or Friday off, candidate's choice). Day shift Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM. No hours after 5:00 PM and no Saturdays 1-hour lunch break each day. Patient Volume: On 2-doctor days: 2 patients per hour. On 1-doctor days: 3 patients per hour shared between 2 exam lanes.
