    The Engineering Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of highly skilled engineering staff while ensuring that company objectives and goals are met. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.

    · Master’s degree preferred.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Engineering Manager has the responsibility and commensurate authority to accomplish the following duties:

    · Leads and coordinates various engineering functions and operations including quality assurance, testing, production, and research and development of new and existing product lines.

    · Facilitates communication among clients/customers and engineers, ensuring specifications, budgets, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood.

    · Serves as project manager for multiple projects, creating timelines and cost projections, organizing collaborative meetings, and ensuring projects comply with specifications, timelines, and budgets.

    · Reviews work and projects for technical accuracy.

    · Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative policies, procedures, and standards.

    · Prepares and executes departmental budget.

    · Negotiates contracts with outside vendors.

    · Maintains knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; applies this knowledge to continually improve product lines and production efficiency.

    · Performs other duties as assigned.

    · Check their team’s work for technical accuracy

    · Coordinate work with other managers and staff

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new engineering staff.

    · Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

    · Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

    Works in an ESD manufacturing environment.Lift/carry/push/pull up to 20lbs.Stooping, bending, stretching, and reaching outward and over their head.This position may require long periods of sitting, standing, and walking.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.

    Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electro-Mechanical Technician (EMT), supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes from mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for all production equipment and systems within the facility. The position is responsible for repairing and installing advanced production/manufacturing equipment. Inspects equipment for proper functioning and performs preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer’s specifications. May mentor and provide support to less experienced mechanics.     Perform preventative maintenance on more advanced/sophisticated production equipment.

    Perform repairs on more advanced production equipment as needed.

    Perform breakdown analysis.

    Oversee or perform general housekeeping, as well as upgrade production lines with new/upgraded equipment/technology.

    Direct activities of outside contractors working on assigned line.

    Change line for package changeovers.

    The Staff Accountant has the responsibility and commensurate authority to accomplish the following duties:

    Performs general cost accounting and other related duties for the organization.Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.Maintains the general ledger.Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.Reconciles bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts; manages accounts receivable collections.Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.Files tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.Coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software systems; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software.Manages the purchasing and invoicing system.Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.Performs other related duties as assigned.

    PRIMARY FUNCTION

    Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electro-Mechanical Technician (EMT), supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes from mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for all production equipment and systems within the facility. The position is responsible for repairing and installing advanced production/manufacturing equipment. Inspects equipment for proper functioning and performs preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer’s specifications. May mentor and provide support to less experienced mechanics. Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and makes more complicated repairs or adjustments as needed.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Perform breakdown analysis.

    · Possess mechanical and electrical aptitude.
