    Position Summary:

    This role provides leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO) responsible for all nursing and other designated patient care functions/services within the hospital organization. The role will assume responsibility for assisting in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a unit level. Role assumes 24/7 responsibility of manager's assigned areas. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

    Responsibilities:

    Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice. Has highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability, and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    Required: Academic degree in nursing.

    Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree.

    Experience:

    Position Summary:
    The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for task-based sterile processing activities.

    Sterile Processing Tech PRN Rotating Responsibilities:
    Responsible for activities including, but not limited to decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation including various software applications, assembly, and delivery of surgical and interventional procedure case carts, paring and replenishment of materials, and working in collaboration with surgical partners to provide accurate and complete surgical instrumentation and needed supplies.

    Qualifications:
    Education:
    Required:High school diploma or GED. Completion of a formal Sterile Processing Technician course with field training or 1 year of experience as Sterile Processing Technician or Operating Technician.

    Experience:
    Preferred:1 year as sterile processing technician with completion of formal sterile processing technician course.

    Certification:
    Required:BLS. To be certified with IAHCSMM or CBSPD within 8 months.

    Preferred:Current certification through internationally recognized organizations such as IAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management) or Certification Board for Central Sterile Processing.

    The Operating Room Surgical Technologists work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse circulator to facilitate safe and effective care. Functions in a professional manner on a wide variety of surgical procedures. Selects and prepares the appropriate supplies and equipment for the surgical cases.     Position Summary:
    The Nursing Educator collaborates with market nursing leadership and staff across departments to assess, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate, and revise educational programming for all levels of nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel as indicated or requested.     Knowledge and Skills
