St. Francis Hospital Bartlett Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett is a 196-bed hospital dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care to the community. As a comprehensive medical center, Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett has the expertise to deliver quality care in a variety of specialties including Emergency Services, Inpatient provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance. Demonstrates team player mentality with highly effective team building skills. Fosters positive relationships and maintains clear communication with all customers including, but not limited to staff, physicians, patients, and visitors. Provides leadership, support by serving as a resource to staff, and provides direct patient care when required. Meets job-specific, department-specific competencies, as well as any others determined by nursing leadership. Knowledgeable and ensures compliance of JCAHO and other regulatory requirements. Certifications: BLS - Certification required upon hire for all nursing positions.
