    ☆ About the Role

    Location: New York City, hybrid, 2-3 days a week.

    At Sailor, we believe we're only as good as our team. We're looking for a Talent Partner to work closely with our founders to attract the very best talent. You will own the systems, processes, and relationships that ensure we attract and onboard world-class talent to serve seniors with compassionate, high-quality care.

    This will be our first Talent Partner team member, building the corporate recruiting function from the ground up alongside Sailor's founders. You will scale this function and build our recruiting pipelines, lead sourcing and interviewing, and create the foundation for a best-in-class candidate experience.

    Your Key Responsibilities
    Own Recruitment at Sailor Health, from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activationProvide a 5-star candidate experience throughout onboarding and hiring, ensuring that every new Sailor has a world-class experienceRecruit the best business and operational talent to join Sailor Health, starting with sourcing and interviewing them, subsequently convincing them to join usManage our recruiter pipelines (inbound and outbound), as well as building out new recruitment channels, managed on Ashby (our ATS)Launch searches for brand new roles and teams, creating JDs, researching compensation, and launching interview plansDevelop recruitment rubrics and criteria by working closely with our co-founders and hiring managers across functionsBe the "product manager" for our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring that our interview plans and recruitment processes run smoothly

    Proven experience recruiting in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments, with a strong track record of filling roles across multiple functions.Skilled at conducting high volumes of screening calls and structured interviews, quickly assessing candidate fit and moving top talent through the funnel.Strong operator with a systems and data mindset - comfortable managing ATS workflows (ideally Ashby), tracking KPIs, and using automation to scale recruiting.Experienced in partnering with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, define success profiles, and align on interview processes.Thrives in ambiguity and zero-to-one environments, building scalable hiring processes that can evolve as the company grows.Mission-driven, empathetic, and passionate about building world-class teams that expand access to mental health care for seniors.     ☆ About the Role

    At Sailor Health, our Provider Partnership team is at the heart of everything we do. They are the bridge between Sailor and the health systems, primary care practices, senior living communities, home care agencies, and community organizations that support older adults every day.

    As the first Provider Partnership Manager in [Territory Name], you will help launch Sailor in a brand-new market serving millions of seniors. This is a highly entrepreneurial opportunity where you'll build Sailor's local presence from the ground up. You'll be in the field developing relationships across the healthcare ecosystem and establishing Sailor as the trusted behavioral health partner for older adults in the market.

    This is a uniquely meaningful role. Because of our focus on senior mental health and insurance-covered care, you'll often be the only person in the room doing what you do. Every conversation is an opportunity to advocate for an overlooked population and expand access to care for older adults who too often fall through the cracks.

    What You'll Do
    Build Referral Partnerships: Develop relationships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, assisted living facilities, and senior-focused organizations. Educate providers and office staff on Sailor Health's services, patient eligibility, and referral workflowsOwn Territory Growth: Grow referral volume across your market by developing new partnerships, managing relationships with high-priority accounts, and driving consistent outreach across the local healthcare ecosystem.Operate in the Field. Spend 4-5 days per week meeting partners in person across your territory. Attend community events, provider meetings, and networking opportunitiesCollaborate Cross-Functionally. Partner closely with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams to ensure a seamless referral and onboarding experience. Share market feedback to improve provider experience, patient activation, and growth strategy. Help refine outreach processes, messaging, and partnership playbooks as the company scalesYou're comfortable with range. You can give a presentation to 20 providers and walk into a solo PCP's office to build a 1-on-1 relationship. You're strategic at the territory level and granular on follow-up.

    We're hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead / Associate to join our core team at Sailor Health and work side-by-side with the founders to build at the intersection of healthcare and AI. This role is a unique opportunity to architect Sailor's growth infrastructure across operations, clinical delivery, and AI product.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    We are growing very quickly, so we're looking for Swiss army knives who are excited to tackle different problems. We hire for people, not roles - but here's our best attempt at describing what you might work on:
