MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Guide and monitor equipment operators during crane operations, material lifts, and vehicle movement on siteIdentify and communicate hazards to operators, crew, and site leadership in real timeMaintain visual contact with equipment and establish hand signal or radio communication protocolsEnforce safety compliance per OSHA standards and project-specific safety plansConduct pre-shift safety checks and document observations as requiredCoordinate with the site safety officer and project management teamPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
