The LPN will administer medications, monitor client health, document care, respond to medical concerns, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to support client recovery and safety. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, monitoring for medication side effects, assisting with medical appointments, and ensuring compliance with DBHDS, DMAS, HIPAA, and Virginia Board of Nursing standards. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a behavioral health environment while promoting person-centered and trauma-informed care.

    Qualifications
