We are looking for a property inspector responsible for performing the best residential/commercial inspections possible and creating state-of-the-art high quality photographic inspection reports following standards promulgated by Safe Harbor Inspections, New York State and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). We are looking for individuals with a clean and neat appearance, who display a high degree of initiative, determination resourcefulness and an exceptional focus on accuracy. A high degree of computer experience and ability is also needed. A New York State home inspector license and previous experience is required.
