    Saenz-Garcia Law, PLLC, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team! As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in various family law matters in the DFW counties and surrounding counties.


    Responsibilities:

    - Represent clients in family law matters and court proceedings, including SAPCRs and Divorce proceedings.

    - Prepare and draft pleadings for Family Court - Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton County Courts.

    - Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in family law.

    - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law matters.

    - Prepare for and attend Family Court proceedings and hearings.

    - Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure timely and accurate completion of cases.

    - Maintain accurate and detailed case records, including client communication and case progress.

    Requirements:

    - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

    - Admission to the Texas State Bar.

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law - SAPCRS and emergency filings

    - In-depth knowledge of Texas Family law and procedures.

    - Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

    - Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work independently under strict deadlines.

    - Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

    - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate "Associate Immigration Attorney" to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal acumen, leadership skills, and experience in immigration law. This role involves overseeing a team of paralegals, representing clients in legal proceedings, and managing a diverse caseload.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise a team of paralegals, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

    Coordinate with Senior Attorney on case strategy and complex legal issues.

    Review 20+ applications weekly before submission.

    Prepare for and attend Master Hearings, handling two to eight hearings weekly.

    Draft and file legal motions (e.g., Motions to Recalendar, Motions to Withdraw, Motions to Consolidate, Motions to Change Venue, Motions to Terminate).

    Coordinate with DHS for joint motions as needed.

    Meet with clients to discuss updates, changes in strategy and challenges regarding their case.

    Represent clients during USCIS appointments.

    Conduct case reviews, monitor deadlines, and maintain daily communication with paralegals.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

    Admission to, and in good standing with the bar in any state and/or Puerto Rico.

    Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in immigration, removal proceedings, and deportation.

    Leadership and people management skills

    Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities

    Ability to multitask and manage high-volume caseloads

    Proficiency in legal software and tools

    Strong writing, reading, and comprehension skills

    Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

    Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
