Requirements:
Minimum 6 months sales experience required.Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience required.Strong communication and time management skillsCustomer-focused and self-motivatedValid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.You must be 18 or over.You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.You must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.If you have previous experience in pest control, HVAC, solar, internet, cable, running an independent route, or other types of in-home technician experience, we strongly encourage you to apply.
What to Expect
You will be treating approximately 12 to 14 homes per day. Routes will be created for you daily and will consist of the same customers for all their services, so that you can build relationships with your customers.
You will conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to find any points of entry for insects and rodents while identifying any pest infestations and coming up with appropriate treatment plans. You will communicate clearly with customers about any findings you have and share treatment plans, preventative measures to take, and any additional services we offer to help keep our customers pest-free.
You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in Nashville, TN for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.
