    Busy and Growing GC has immediate opening for dynamic and experienced Project Manager. We build luxury retail TI and Ground Up Commercial Projects. This position may require some travel. We are looking for this Project Manager to have a high success and completion rate of retail projects. If you are inspired by a fast pace, are challenged by complex design, have keen organizational skills, and are looking for stable employment, this might be the perfect position for you.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Maintain open line of communication with Owner/Architect/Engineer/SubcontractorsCreate and update project schedule with superintendentVerify scopes of work and project schedule with each subcontractorHold weekly progress meetingsMaintain all Logs: RFI, Submittals, etc.Write scopes of work for subcontractorsCoordinate and hold pre-construction meetingsMaintain day-to-day operations: Direct support and communication with field superintendent of daily job progress, RFI’s, Submittals, Permits, Etc.Approve subcontractor and material invoicesPreparing initial punch list with Superintendent in order to receive final COProject Manager must have complete “ownership” of a project and its requirements through completionManaging the overall budget of the projectExecuting risk managementPlan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

    Qualifications:

    3-5 years of experience in construction or project managementAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyAble to manage multiple projectsAble to analyze problems and stratergize for better solutionsExperience with budgetsSelf-motivated and self-directedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsInterpersonal and team skillsPresentation skillsComputer Skills: Procore Project Manager, Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to travel as needed to job sites in multiple cities and/or states

    Busy and Growing GC has an immediate opening for a dynamic and experienced Superintendent. We build luxury retail TI and Ground Up Commercial Projects. This position may require travel. We are looking for this superintendent to have a high success and completion rate of retail projects.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    Read and understand construction plans and the specifications. Must be able to control jobsite costs, and manage all subcontractors on site.

    Management
    As the superintendent on-site, you will manage and coordinate all on-site activities from start-up to completion, while striving for a zero punch-list close. Must have the ability to manage and direct anywhere from 2 to 30 people at once, while managing delivery schedules and excelling in preventing any delays.

    Prepare and oversee the schedule of the project(s) all while taking into account delivery dates with manufacturers, or client install dates and the schedule of all subcontractors.

    Documentation
    Coordinate with PM on all change orders, plan changes, submittals, and manage the project(s) budgets.

    Qualified Candidate will have:

    Minimum of five years experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
    Knowledge and understanding of construction contracts and the ability to review. You must understand what the sub agreed to do, avoiding inappropriate CO’s
    Quickly identify and resolve complex issues
    Be proficient in reading architectural, MEP, and structural drawings
    Run a clean and safe work environment (OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Certification Preferred)
    Be responsible for job site coordination/logistics
    Must be fluent with Microsoft Works (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    Procore of other Construction Management Software

    Ground Up Experience a plus
    Exceptional Reporting: Daily reports, Safety log, etc
