Overview:
The architect works directly with Lead Development, Engineering and Operational resources through collaboration and mentoring to shape the IAM capabilities for RWJBH.
The IAM Architect role is a technical position which will support the development of security strategies and architecture vision as it relates to the organization's initiatives, specifically setting the direction for IAM architecture. The IAM Architect will work with other Architects and Service Owners to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and synchronized with the ever-changing business needsQualifications:
Bachelor or Master's degree in IT preferred years of experience may be substituted for degree Minimum: Associates DegreeWork Experience:
Preferred: 8 years of IAM experience in an analyst, governance, or support role, 3 of which in IAM Architecture, SailPoint and ServiceNow knowledge Minimum: 5 years experience in an analyst, governance, or support roleKey Competencies

IAM Lifecycle Activities
Research and design new IAM technologies Develop IAM policies and procedures to ensure correct authentication and authorization for end-users and services Work within the IAM systems to implement access automation processes Through collaboration with other teams, design secure authentication with Cloud technologies Participate in cross-functional teams to implement solutions Implement IAM best practices and compliance standards Write scripts for automation and maintenance tasks using Python, Java and/or Powershell Design systems that include SQL databases Develop automation by onboarding client Applications Generate performance metrics and analyze data for SLA management Perform IAM lifecycle activities in Microsoft Active Directory, AWS IAM, Privileged Access Management, Imprivata and other solutions Multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Provide assistance and support as needed to address incidents or issues identified within the organization Assist Security Operations team with Service Requests and Trouble Tickets as requested by the Director Work with the facilities, depaide assistance to the team as requested by LeadershipContinuing Education

Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Integration & Organizational Effectiveness plays a critical role in advancing enterprise-wide integration and organizational effectiveness initiatives across RWJBarnabas Health.
This role serves supports complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve how work is designed, integrated, and executed across the health system.
This role will also be instrumental in advancing Human Resources digital strategy, exploring cutting edge technologies like AI, and building advanced talent analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Integration & Organizational Effectiveness
Support the planning and execution of enterprise-wide integration and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including process harmonization, operating model changes, and work redesign efforts Independently manage defined project workstreams, translating strategic objectives into structured analyses, recommendations, and implementation-ready deliverables Assist in the development and application of frameworks and playbooks for leading complex, cross-functional integration initiatives across the health system,Organizational Design & Work Redesign
Support organizational design and work redesign initiatives through current-state assessments, task and role analysis, and future-state modeling Develop clear documentation, analyses, and visual materials to support role clarity, capacity planning, and efficiency discussions Partner with HRBPs, operational leaders, and other COEs to support adoption and execution of organizational effectiveness solutions,HR Digital Strategy, Analytics & AI Enablement
