    RWJBarnabas Health (RWJBH), the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Interventional Radiologist to join our expanding Radiology team at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ.

    The IR case mix is varied and engaging. We perform full range of CT, US and fluoroscopic guided interventions. The busy practice includes interventional oncology, liver directed therapies, pulmonary mechanical thrombectomy, vertebral augmentation, venous disease, vast array of embolization and venous access. Our physician extenders streamline consults, follow ups and minor procedures. IR call coverage is shared equally amongst the section.

    Located in the highly desirable coastal region of Ocean County, Toms River offers an exceptional quality of life with proximity to the Jersey Shore, family-friendly neighborhoods, and convenient access to both New York City and Philadelphia.

    The Department of Pediatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS) is seeking a MD/DO physician candidate to provide direct patient care in the Division of Emergency Medicine (EM). The physician candidate will be board certified/board eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. The candidate will receive an academic faculty appointment commensurate with achievement and will participate in the educational, patient care, research and other academic activities of the Department of Pediatrics. In addition to clinical and teaching responsibilities, there may be opportunities to participate in research in areas of interest with other faculty members. The physician will join 10 full time faculty members who provide 24/7 in-house EM coverage. The candidate may also have the opportunity to participate in either clinical or lab-based research. The clinical services of the Division of Emergency Medicine are conducted at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) in New Brunswick, NJ, contiguous with the Bristol Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital (BMSCH). The Pediatric Emergency Department is a Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center. BMSCH is a 105-bed acute care hospital located on the only pediatric academic health campus in the state of New Jersey. The BMSCH is ranked as one of America’s Best Hospitals by U.S. News and World Report.

    The Department of Pediatrics has a full complement of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialists. Outpatient services are provided at the Child Health Institute of New Jersey which also houses our research faculty. The Department of Pediatrics includes physicians and basic scientists who conduct collaborative research with an emphasis on mechanisms of disease, novel therapies, epidemiology and/or outcomes research in the areas of relevance to childhood diseases. The Department provides a collaborative setting for the study of basic mechanisms of disease and outcomes research that would provide new insights to the treatment of childhood diseases. The Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine is consistently ranked as one of the highly NIH-funded academic universities and Rutgers is a member of the Association of American Universities comprising the top research universities in North America.

    Adjacent to the Children’s hospital is the PSE&G Children’s Specialized Hospital which is one of the country’s largest inpatient acute rehabilitation hospitals for children. Across the street is the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey – the only NCI designated center in the state of New Jersey as well as the Ronald MacDonald House.     RWJBarnabas Health, in conjunction with Rutgers Health, invites applications for a full time faculty position in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Community Medical Center. The Department is responsible for all anatomic and clinical laboratory services at Community Medical Center, a 592 bed facility located in Toms River, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be a member of the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team, consulting with clinical staff.This is a general pathology service, although subspecialty expertise in cytopathology is desirable.

    An MD, DO, or MBBS is required along with board certification or board eligibility in AP/CP is required. Academic rank and compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and academic experience. Women and diverse candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
