    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) is responsible for supporting all stages of the sales cycle as a member of the RWC Wholesale Plumbing (WP) Sales Team. This office-based role is located in our Atlanta headquarters and will be responsible for supporting identified field sales personnel by managing a range of administrative duties. By supporting field sales personnel from the inside, their outside selling activities become more efficient and effective. This teamwork drives high impact activities which, in turn, drives our business development and revenue growth.

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    Communicate daily with all identified field sales contacts to coordinate required support activities. Connect weekly for purposes of planning ahead.Manage and process sales quotations as well as update all related opportunities and conversions in Salesforce.Pricing entry and submission.Annual Quotation and Net Pricing maintenance.Review and process annual rebate programs, payments and follow up with respective sales leaders.Assist sales leaders with presentations, sales reports and other selling tools.Support recurring sales meetings by compiling updates, tracking follow-ups, and partnering with sales managers to ensure action items move forward.Coordinate Salesforce system lead generation inputs in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Business Development Managers (BDM).Support sales/marketing efforts with buying group events, trade shows, and related events.Track various WP Sales initiatives (merchandising displays, etc.).Manage Field Free of Charge (FOC) requests.Work with accounting and sales leaders for customers on new account opening and follow-up Support sales leaders with RWC OnDemand orders, approvals, and tracking. Facilitate and manage credit/check and Coop/promotional fund requests and follow up.Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding schedule, communication in conjunction with the respective sales manager.Facilitate collection and submission of 'Spotlight for Success' and job profiles.Compile sales topics from Wholesale team for the Marketing Monthly newsletter.Other duties as assigned.
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education:

    Associates degree required
    Experience:

    Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing role (phone, email, or in-person support).Experience in Business Management Software (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) is strongly preferred but not requiredDemonstrated customer service mindset with the ability to support sales priorities; service and responsiveness are valued over direct selling.Preferred product knowledge and mechanical aptitude, with experience supporting customers in plumbing, wholesale distribution, building products, or similar targeted industries.Ability to work in a team environment as well as being a self-starter Ability to work well across various departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service)Exceptional troubleshooting skillsMust be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingMust have the ability to work well within a business environment and the ability to multitask

    Serves as back-up for parts manager for inventory functions.

    Financial oversight & risk management

    Provides necessary information to the warranty department to allow prompt filing of parts warranties.

    Reviews files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock.

    Leadership & cross-department coordination

    Returns parts as needed and removes from inventory after credit is received.

    Returns cores in a timely manner and follows up for receipt of credit.

    Matches purchase orders and invoices, approves, and forwards to accounting office.

    Core & warranty management

    Assists in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory.

    Assists in annual parts returns.

    KPI ownership

    Salary range for Parts Warehouse Associate (depending on role and experience level) can range from $20.00-$35.00/hour.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.

    • Check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received.

    • Prepares vehicles for body repair work.

    • Notifies management of any additional repairs needed.

    • Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.

    • Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.

    • Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.

    • Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports and deviations to management.

    • Cooperates and assists other employees in the repair and prepping of vehicles.

    • Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.

    • Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. • Other duties as assigned.

    Salary range for a Body Shop Technician (depending on experience level) from $50,000 to $150,000.
