This job has several features and depending on qualifications we might have more than just one full time job. It is up in the air.
We need someone with bookkeeping experience that is familiar with Quickbooks desktop and/or Quickbooks online. We prepare a multitude of financial statements for clients - mostly for their tax returns.
We would also need someone familiar with tax returns. Personal returns (1040s) and a variety of business returns (1120, 1120s & 1065). We also prepare sales tax and payroll tax returns for clients.
Now this should ideally be one person. It is also possible that one might be better in one area than another area and if willing to learn, we are definitely willing to train.
