Position Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient practice in Richmond, Virginia. This role is ideal for an NP or PA with hands-on experience performing joint injections who enjoys working in a patient-centered, collaborative clinical environment.
You’ll provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, with a strong emphasis on musculoskeletal evaluation and intra-articular injections.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plansDiagnose and manage musculoskeletal and general medical conditionsPerform
joint injections (e.g., knee, shoulder, hip, elbow, wrist, ankle)Educate patients on treatment options and follow-up careCommunicate effectively with
Spanish- and English-speaking patientsCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of careDocument care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Required Qualifications
Licensed
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or
Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Virginia (or eligibility for licensure)
Fluent bilingual Spanish/English (required)
Proven experience performing joint injectionsStrong clinical and procedural skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Background in
orthopedics, sports medicine, family practice, urgent care, or primary carePrior work with diverse or underserved populations
