Minimum Education * Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. * Masters Degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration or related field required. Minimum Work Experience * 5 years progressive experience in healthcare including minimum of 2 years in a leadership or education based role. * Proven experience managing or contributing to Magnet designation efforts and Nursing Shared Governance structure. Required Licenses/Certifications * Licensed in the State of Vermont (RN). * Certified in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC), Nursing Education (CNE), Clinical Nursing Education (CNE-cl) and/or related credentials preferred. Certification is required within 1 year of hire.
