We are seeking a skilled Metal Roofing Installer with experience in all exterior finishing to join our production team in a controlled manufacturing environment with limited field work.

    This role focuses on installing metal roofing systems and completing exterior metal finishes on modular units prior to delivery.

    Job Responsibilities

    Install metal roofing systems on modular buildingsPerform all exterior finishing work, including trim, flashing, wall panels, soffits, fascias, and fastenersMeasure, cut, fit, and install metal components accuratelyRead and interpret drawings and installation detailsSeal and weatherproof exterior assemblies to ensure watertight constructionWork with standing seam, ribbed panel, and architectural metal systemsCoordinate with production teams to meet build schedulesMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all OSHA and company safety standards

    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    Purchase construction materials, equipment, and supplies for multiple active projects.Obtain competitive pricing and negotiate with vendors.Issue and manage purchase orders using Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books.Verify pricing, lead times, freight costs, and delivery schedules.Coordinate deliveries with project managers, warehouse personnel, and manufacturing supervisors.Follow up with vendors regarding order status, backorders, shortages, and damaged shipments.Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and Accounts Payable.Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor information.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers while continually seeking cost-saving opportunities.Assist with inventory replenishment and monitor stock levels.Work closely with project management to ensure materials are available when needed.Support continuous improvement of purchasing processes and vendor performance.

    Siteworx, the general contracting division of Russo Modular, is seeking an experienced Onsite Construction Supervisor / Senior Project Manager to lead the development of our new manufacturing campus in Prescott, Arizona and become a key member of our long-term construction leadership team. This position is not remote or work from home.


    This is a unique opportunity to oversee a high-profile ground-up development project and transition into a senior project management role supporting future Siteworx and Russo Modular construction projects throughout the Southwest.

     

    Initial Project Assignment

    The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the construction of Russo Modular's new Prescott production facility, including:

     

    Development of approximately 6 acres of site improvementsCoordination and installation of all site utilitiesEarthwork, grading, drainage, and civil infrastructurePlacement of a 2,000-square-foot modular office buildingErection of a pre-engineered metal manufacturing buildingConstruction of conventional stick-built infill areas including restrooms, locker rooms, and employee break facilitiesCoordination with architects, engineers, utility providers, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractors
    Management of project schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety programs

     

    Long-Term Career Opportunity

    Upon completion of the Prescott facility, this position will transition into a senior project management role overseeing commercial, industrial, modular, manufacturing, and development projects for Siteworx and affiliated Russo companies throughout Arizona.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Set up and operate CNC and manual press brakes to bend and form sheet metal parts.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications.Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.Operate fabrication equipment including shears, saws, punches, drill presses, grinders, and other shop machinery.Deburr, grind, and finish fabricated parts as required.Perform layout work and verify material dimensions before fabrication.Maintain proper tooling and make machine adjustments to achieve quality parts.Assist with welding, assembly, or other fabrication processes as needed.Identify and report quality issues or equipment problems.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.

    This role is critical in translating construction intent into clear drawings and daily work tickets that guide production teams through each phase of the modular manufacturing process.

    Job Responsibilities

    Work directly with the Construction Manager to develop and revise modular building drawings.Produce detailed CAD drawings for structural steel, framing, sheet metal, and modular components.Prepare shop drawings and fabrication-ready files for manufacturing.Create accurate shop drawings from field measurements, site dimensions, sketches, and as-built conditions.Develop cut lists for steel stud framing and other fabricated metal components to support efficient shop production.Prepare material takeoffs for structural steel, metal framing, and related fabrication materials.Produce custom fabrication and shop drawings for unique project requirements when standard details are not available.Create daily work tickets for manufacturing teams that clearly outline tasks to be performed.Attach and organize relevant drawings, details, and sketches for daily production activities.Generate CNC and laser-cut files as required.Coordinate designs with fabrication, manufacturing, and installation teams.Revise drawings based on production feedback, field conditions, and project requirements.Maintain organized drawing sets, work tickets, and revision control.Review drawings for constructability and identify opportunities to improve manufacturability, reduce material waste, and increase production efficiency before fabrication begins.Ensure drawings and work instructions meet project specifications, codes, and company standards.
