    Job Title: Store Designer Pay Range: $40–$44/hour (W2) Location: Hybrid – Reynoldsburg, Ohio, United States Duration: 3 months (possibility of extension, not guaranteed) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Equipment Provided: Company computer Role Overview Russell Tobin's top fashion retail client is seeking a talented Store Designer 2 to support our global retail design initiatives. This role focuses on translating brand standards and creative concepts into functional, visually compelling store layouts across international and travel retail locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creatively driven, and experienced managing multiple projects across regions and teams. Key Responsibilities Develop floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, renderings, and other design materials. Ensure design solutions align with brand standards, overall strategy, and local regulations. Review drawings for accuracy and adherence to design standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Manage multiple projects at varying phases of the lifecycle simultaneously. Prepare presentation materials and communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams. Advocate for design integrity and propose solutions to resolve project issues. Respond quickly to changes in business conditions, new prototypes, or material developments. Required Experience Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. Experience: 3–5 years in retail store design; international experience preferred. Technical Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, BlueBeam, Enscape InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, Excel 3D modeling, sketching, rendering, and presentation skills Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to review complex drawings Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Adaptable, collaborative, and open to feedback Team Culture Work closely with designers, construction, visual merchandising, creative teams, and operations.
