The Russell Home was the first children's home born in Florida. The position is rewarding and challenging, we are family operated and our goal is to provide a family atmosphere as a permanent home for children and adults with developmental delay and physical disabilities. Please see our video www.russellhome.org. The hours needed are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7a-7p and Wednesday 1p-5p.

Most of our residents are orphaned so we are the family who loves and cares for each one as if they were our own. We expect patience, understanding and loving caretakers. The residents bring much joy to everyone around them!
