Responsibilities:
Planning and executing all aspects of high-volume Landscape ConstructionHire, train, and manage personnel assigned to the crewPre-qualify material deliveries on siteBuild positive relationships with onsite customersManaging safety records and enforcing safety regulationsTracking labor and identifying manpower for work completionOversee job site quality control and productivityConduct weekly tailgate safety meetingsLead the on-the-job training efforts for field employeesQualifications:
Track record of successfully managing commercial Landscape Construction environmentKnowledge of blueprint interpretationStrong organizational skills with fine attention to detailStrong and effective communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentDegree in Landscape Construction Management, Business Management, and CLT, OSHA 30 is a plusWhat we provide:

Manage the administration and processes of the commercial Landscape Construction projects Manage projects to substantial completion and throughout the warranty periodPrepare bid submittals and change orders with a targeted gross profitMaintain relationships between sub-contractors, General Contractors, Architects, and customersConstant communication with clientele including but not limited to Project Architects, General Contractors, and Owner's Representatives while maintaining quality standards Overall responsibility for creating a rolling scheduleEnsure weekly/monthly reporting is up to date and meets deadlinesResponsible for billing and collecting receivablesCoordinate with internal team members to schedule manpower, equipment resources, and material deliveriesAssist the Contract Administrator with monthly financial closeoutAccountable for weekly, monthly forecasting and budgetingQualifications:
Ability to analyze situations, consider options, and decide on actions quicklyComprehensive knowledge of Landscape Construction site work Ability to negotiate prices and terms with customers and local vendorsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong oral and communication skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookBackground in Landscape Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management a plusWhat we provide:
