The Stadium Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items in a fast-paced, high-volume stadium environment while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety standards. This role supports kitchen operations during events by executing menu items efficiently and accurately and works both independently and as part of a team to ensure timely service to guests. This position requires adherence to established recipes, portion controls, and sanitation guidelines under the direction of kitchen leadership.

Get ready to be part of the action! We’re on the hunt for upbeat, energetic Parking Lot Attendants who love working with people and keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you’ll scan parking passes and help guide fans through our massive 1,700-space lot at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium—making sure everyone gets where they need to go with ease and a smile.
You’ll be right in the middle of the excitement during Fort Wayne FC home matches—mostly Saturday evenings from May 2 through October 24, plus a few Wednesday games. On top of that, you’ll have opportunities to work a variety of other stadium events throughout the season. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, great vibes, and being part of game-day energy, this is the opportunity for you!
What You'll Do
Scan electronic pre-paid parking code utilizing provided technologyDirect guests to proper parking lot destinations in the stadium (i.e., VIP, rideshare drop-off, general parking, etc.), with an emphasis on efficiency and timeliness to get many cars into the lot prior to event startAnswer general questions and resolve issues in a respectful and friendly mannerBe flexible and adjust to situations as they occurSet up and remove directional signageMaintain position and attention at assigned post Ensure the safety of efficient flow of cars and pedestriansRequirements:What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 16 years old Must be able to work at least 75% of scheduled Fort Wayne FC events Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidaysPhysical Demands & Work Environment
Physical Demands: Able to walk, stand and run outside for up to four (4) hours; grasp, reach, stoop and speak. Able to lift, carry, push up to 15 pounds as necessary.
Work Environment: Able to work in an outdoor environment with exposure to heat, cold, rain, wind, and other weather conditions. Able to focus on providing customer experience and attending to guest needs. Can tolerate high noise levels. Ability to function in a high activity and potentially crowded venue.
Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays, as needed.
