Data Entry Specialist are responsible for inputting new data and making changes to existing data. Their duties include inputting data from paper or digital documents into digital systems, creating spreadsheets, processing work orders for operations, and auditing work to ensure accuracy. Specialists may be called upon to prepare and/or present information to management or peers in a group setting, prepare price increase data packages for processing and entry, and drive the month-to-month data cleanup.

The Business Analytics Manager is a dynamic, strategic, and technically proficient leader responsible for driving Rumpke's business intelligence (BI) and analytics strategy. The Help Desk Support Analyst provides support for incoming technical calls across all Rumpke locations to ensure maximum uptime, access to software applications, and customer data. This position utilizes in-depth knowledge and experience to resolve technical issues and system interruptions through the ITSM solution.
This Help Desk role needs to be flexible and adaptable in meeting the changing needs of the organization. Provide desktop/software support to the organization to ensure maximum uptime and access to software applications and client data. This position works with management and IT Leads to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and requisitions are properly assigned.
Responsibilities of Position:
Support all business associates and ensure that associates receive timely and excellent customer service by fielding Help Desk requests and resolving technical issues.Troubleshoot software and general IT/PC issues.Monitor and submit updates on incident and problem tickets. Follow up with assigned personnel. Escalate to other IT groups as needed.Share process and best practices to other members of the IT department and business.Create, submit for approval and maintain knowledge base documents that are pertinent to retaining knowledge and training new Help Desk members.Escalate unresolved problems to Deskside support and management.Actively participate in the implementation of quality improvement programs for IT department.Other duties as assigned.Skills & Abilities Needed for Position:

The Painter/Finisher is responsible for completing all machine installations, including job cleanup and final painting. This position is also responsible for taking final pictures and installing all safety decals. Painter/Finish Technicians inspect and make needed repairs to meet OSHA and ANSI standards.
Responsibilities of Position:
Complete any final welding, cutting, or grinding on equipment.Weld steel using Mig and Arc welding equipment.Prepare, clean, and paint compactors/containers at the customer location.Perform general maintenance on compactors/containers.Complete all final or touch-up painting of compactors/containers.Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company, OSHA and ANSI standards.Ensure all safety decals are on completed jobs.Document any re-work that is required.Take all final pictures of completed jobs.Complete necessary paperwork and inventory utilizing the computer system.Utilize standard shop hand tools, measuring devices, and equipment. May assist in other projects or areas of the shop as needed.Safely perform all duties in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.Other duties as assigned.Skills & Abilities Needed for Position:
