    What You’ll Do

    As our Architectural Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping R&R’s built environment from early visioning through construction. You’ll lead design efforts, collaborate across teams, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and creativity.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Lead architectural design efforts across capital projects and tenant improvements—from early visioning through construction documentationCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business goals into functional, well-designed spacesProvide design direction and mentorship to our in-house interior design team (Spark Design)Partner with development, pre-construction, and brokerage teams to prioritize and execute projectsOversee and coordinate external architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure quality and consistencyReview drawings, specifications, and project documentation to maintain high design and construction standardsServe as a resource on building codes, design best practices, and quality controlParticipate in design charrettes and contribute to build-to-suit and development opportunitiesStay current on workplace and commercial design trends and bring forward new ideas and conceptsVisit project sites and R&R properties as needed to support project successWhat Makes This Role UniqueEnd-to-end project involvement – See your designs come to life from concept through completionPortfolio-wide impact – Influence a wide range of commercial properties and development projectsCollaborative environment – Work cross-functionally with a highly engaged internal teamOpportunity to lead – Guide and grow an in-house design function

    What you'll do: This position has responsibility for the accounting, reporting and overall condition of a multifamily property.

    Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group’s core values.Achieve the property’s resident satisfaction and retention goals by ensuring resident complaints and/or concerns are resolved in a timely manner, and by answering questions concerning rent and fee payments. Handles resident issues and prepares related incident reports in accordance with company standards.Develop, produce, and coordinate resident communications by creating newsletters, surveys, lease violation letters, and other communications to the residents’ satisfaction.Evaluate the appearance and overall curb appeal of the property. Inspect and oversee the condition of the property to ensure a quality product is being provided. Manage property to its financial budget. This includes management and control of rent collection, purchase order approvals. Work with Multifamily Area Manager to ensure all policies and procedures are in accordance with company policy. All internal and external marketing efforts. Ensure that the property is being marketed aggressively to meet occupancy goals as outlined in the annual plan. Survey the market for rent concessions and specials and develop appropriate programs for the property. Process work orders for the maintenance department, ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner and contacts residents to determine if they are satisfied with the work completed. Prepare weekly maintenance report to verify resident requests are being completed.Reports on status of property, such as occupancy rates and dates of expiration of leases. Manage Tax Credit files and recertification to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Manager all Tax Credit reporting. Train staff to comply with Tax Credit laws as applicable. Drive to assigned properties and various locations as the position requires. Oversee property and staff is in compliance with Fair Housing and applicable Tax Credit laws.

    What it takes to join our team: Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    What You’ll Do: Assists the R&R Real Estate Advisors team with marketing, leasing, and business development initiatives by supporting property marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), market research, and administrative projects. This position provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate marketing, sales support, and brokerage operations.

    Assist brokers with leasing, marketing, and business development initiatives through proposal preparation, marketing materials, email campaigns, direct mail, and other sales support activities. Prepare, format, and maintain property marketing materials, including proposals, tour packets, floor plan flyers, and presentation materials. Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, customer and prospect records, and other brokerage databases to ensure accurate and organized information. Conduct routine audits of online property listings, marketing materials, shared drives, and brokerage systems to ensure information remains accurate and up to date. Assist with deal management, transaction tracking, and leasing activity reporting. Compile monthly reports and other recurring reports for brokerage leadership. Capture property photography and assist with Matterport 3D tours and other digital marketing assets for available properties. Travel to R&R properties and other locations as needed to photograph spaces, gather marketing information, and support brokerage initiatives. Conduct market research, prospecting projects, and data collection to support leasing strategies and identify business opportunities. Assist with open houses, broker events, customer events, and other marketing initiatives as needed. Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with brokers and the marketing team on ongoing projects. Perform other administrative, marketing, and brokerage support duties as assigned.

    What you'll do: Coordinates and performs general HVAC repair, trouble shooting, and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems of a portfolio of properties by performing the following duties personally or through vendor management.

    Manage, inspect, and perform all HVAC service and repair work on assigned properties. Manage all scheduled preventative maintenance practices including but is not limited to; filter changes, seasonal unit inspections, t-stat calibrations. Provide repair work, as appropriate with respect to total project cost, timeliness, and quality.Complete all documentation within 24 hours, including an explanation of follow-up if the job requires more than 24 hours and a follow-up plan. Drive to assigned properties and various locations as directed by Management.Provide weekend and after-hour building coverage, on an on-call basis, as assigned.

    What it takes to join our team:

    Associates degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Willing to obtain EPA certification and Journeyperson training/certification. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Why R&R Realty?

    What you'll do: This position is responsible for HVAC systems, oversight of HVAC field staff, and other environmental systems operations across the R&R portfolio, as well as project management by performing the following duties personally or through team members and/or vendors.

    Supervise all HVAC Controls initiatives including supervision of system upgrades and modifications. Establish procedures to ensure building systems provide optimum performance and implement necessary safeguards to ensure systems continuity and cost control.Evaluate HVAC Systems and provide recommendations on the integrity of system repairs and enhancements as needed to meet customer expectations.Review all base building and tenant improvement plans to ensure compliance with HVAC sections of tenant improvement manual.Assist construction team in developing project scope, project schedules, and review of HVAC proposals as needed.Review building controls on set schedule to ensure efficient operations.Serve as a mentor to all general maintenance and multifamily staff. Provide direction and guidance, as necessary. Ensure all scheduled preventative maintenance is completed on time and to the expected level.Identify future technologies, new systems, and efficiencies.Develops or participates in writing specifications for equipment, systems, and services. Partner with brokerage team to market HVAC systems technology and capabilities.Drive to all R&R properties and third-party accounts and various locations as required. Work overtime to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction, as required.

    What it takes to join our team: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 5-7 years related experience and/or training; Journeyperson license, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
