Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and present a variety of delicious desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our guests
Ensure all pastries are made to Roy's high-quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new and exciting dessert offerings
Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients
Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience (at least 2yrs) in a pastry cook position
Strong understanding of baking techniques and dessert preparation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating exceptional desserts
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
