    As the Dining Services Director at Royalton Place, you’re responsible for overall management of the dining services department team and operations. You’ll lead the way in providing five-star service to our residents, which makes you an integral part of the community’s culture.

    What we look for in a Dining Services Director:

    Preferred five years of direct supervision and management experience in high-end senior living communities, hotels or country clubs

    Creativity to the art of food preparation, while also being able to plan menus daily and within budget

    Experience and/or training in nutrition, food preparation, safe food handling techniques and food service management

    Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

    Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

    Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve

    Ability to hire, train and provide leadership for Food and Dining personnel

    Ownership attitude and able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

    What you can expect to do:

    Ensure meals are prepared on time and served efficiently

    Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency

    Demonstrate organizational skills around time management as you manage multiple priorities simultaneously

    Oversee a budget and maintain records and reports

    Develop and implement inventory control procedures

    Ensure cleanliness in both kitchen and dining room

    Work on special events on a monthly basis

    Evaluate employee performance and assume responsibility for recruiting, hiring and training new employees

    Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

    Required Certifications:

    Food Workers Card

    Serve Safe Certification Preferred

    $27.00 - $30.00/hour

    As the Business Office Manager at Royalton Place, you’re responsible for a number of different tasks relating to Human Resources and other departments, including maintaining records, processing accounts receivable/payable and working with Sales and Marketing to ensure everything is in place for a tour.

    What we look for in a Business Officer Manager:

    Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

    Excellent organizational skills and basic bookkeeping experience

    Experience with Workers Compensation and Federal and State Leave

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Quick learner with ability to master the programming and utilization of various systems

    Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

    What you can expect to do:

    Manage multiple priorities simultaneously

    Maintain accurate records for employee payroll

    Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

    Oversee resident and employee files

    Process accounts receivable and payable

    Participate in and help facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes

    Work with sales and marketing to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour

Your ability to identify, diagnose and communicate concerns with not only residents, but with their families, physicians and staff is vital when it comes to ensuring that our residents are thriving.

    What we look for in a Med Tech (Med Aide):

    Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques and methods applied to resident care

    Previous experience working with the elderly, specifically those with Alzheimer’s or other dementia related conditions

    Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time

    Compassionate individuals with the flexibility to perform various duties

    Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

    Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

    Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

    What you can expect to do as a Med Tech (Med Aide):

    Contribute information vital to the development and implementation of customized service plans

    Administration of treatment plans and chart medications in Medication Administration Record, document results of PRN medications and record any missed medications

    Answer and respond to calls/concerns from family members and physicians as directed.

    Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency

    Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

    At least 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in the healthcare industry (assisted living, memory care)

    Achieve the necessary number of leads by following up on all inquiries and staying in constant contact with warm leads

    Conduct tours for prospects while on-site at the community

    Develop relationships and create professional referrals with a variety of contacts including social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders.

    Organizes targeted special events on a monthly basis

    Conducts extensive competitor analysis and tours competitor communities regularly

    $25.00 to $30.00/Hour + Amazing commission potential
