    Position Summary:

    The Project Development Manager provides the primary project management leadership during the development phase of Fleet Modernization and/or Newbuild Owners Work projects, applying Agile Project Plan (APP) methodologies. They provide and/or obtain technical, architectural, estimation and engineering support to further define scope of works and to integrate their respective expertise, ensuring a comprehensive project-development approach. In the latter part of the development process, the PM, Development is responsible for contributing to the supplier sourcing decision process, creating schedules of values, work packages, and take part in vendor bid reviews, negotiations, and final selection. Lead any required value engineering efforts with Design, Technical, Brand and Procurement to ensure budget/scope alignment. They continuously manage all communications and correspondence between the relevant parties, both internally and externally. Will lead the bridge from Development to Delivery through flawless handover of all scope to the execution project managers and act as a support consultant through project preparation and execution stages, as needed. The Development Project Manager will be responsible for compliance of all rules and regulations as applicable. Reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Development Fleet Design & New Building.

    Qualifications and Education

    Position Summary

    This position is responsible for assisting the Regional Product Development Managers with the shore excursions and tour programs by analyzing, administering and maintaining information in Pre Cruise Planner (PCP) program; Agiloft / DocuSign, Riskonnect, Service Now, SmartSheet Content, Medallia and future SAP Commerce platform, as well as by distributing tour program information across all fields of business, internally and externally with third-party vendors. This is done by strategic initiatives, comparative analysis on products and pricing and finding niche markets

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Assist with product and brand management in the development of shore excursions and special events in assigned regions and ensures that tour programs are properly and consistently presented. Responsible for the production and maintenance of the shore excursion collateral, including but not limited to; tour descriptions, tour content worksheets, contracts, insurance certificates, incident reports, guest comments, tour operator restrictions, pricing master, and online content. Analyze weekly queries from system, shipboard and shore side management, and report on key performance metrics recommending to management suggested courses of action to maximize guest satisfaction. Communicates tour content, pricing and specifics of tour programs to all internal/external venues for sales/promotional purposes. Provides support to call centers, internal/external sources regarding tour program. Create training documents for presentations within or outside of the organization. Coordinate and review with all relevant tour content. Handle all details with tour operators and changes to shuttle program, tour content worksheets, tour descriptions, etc. Assist with performing site visits.     Position Summary:

    This role reports to the Director of Global Marine Operations (GMO) Finance and partners with senior leaders across Global Marine Operations (GMO) and Finance, to provide strategic financial leadership for enterprise capital programs and initiatives that advance marine performance, operational resilience, and long-range brand priorities in alignment with Company policies and governance requirements.

Establish portfolio management cadence with Project Owners; monitor execution, surface schedule/cost/scope variances early, and lead cross-functional resolution of critical issues. Lead advanced analytics and decision support for high-visibility, long-term strategic initiatives; apply critical thinking to challenge assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and frame clear options and recommendations. Develop executive-ready materials and narratives (decking, briefs, and talking points) for GMO and Brand leadership, translating complex analyses into concise decision insights. Ensure adherence to Company policies, financial controls, and reporting standards (SOX and other requirements) and drive continuous process improvement to increase transparency, efficiency, and stakeholder experience. Build and lead a high-performing capital finance team; hire, coach, and develop talent, set performance expectations, and provide day-to-day leadership while fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration. Provide ad hoc financial leadership and analysis as required, including rapid response support for emerging priorities and executive requests.Lead the financial architecture for capital investment decisions, including business cases, valuation approaches, and sensitivity/scenario analyses aligned to governance expectations. Provide consolidated portfolio reporting and insights (monthly and quarterly), highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for executive stakeholders. Ensure rigorous execution of SOX and Company capital reporting requirements; maintain audit-ready documentation and strengthen controls through continuous improvement.     Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

    Four-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or other highly analytical field from an accredited college or university; MBA preferred. Typically, 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning/analysis, capital planning, business case development, and/or project/portfolio management, including demonstrated leadership of teams and cross-functional initiatives; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Strategic portfolio and program management expertise; ability to define investment strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and drive outcomes across performance, budget, schedule, and scope constraints. Deep understanding of capital expenditure vs. operating expense accounting rules and implications for financial statements and performance management. Executive presence and outstanding written/verbal communication skills; ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Accounting, and cross-functional governance forums. Strong organizational discipline with proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. Proven people leadership and team-building capability, including coaching, performance management, and talent development. Proficient understanding and working knowledge of GAAP, as it relates to depreciation and disposition of fixed assets. Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and project/portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project); ability to automate, simplify, and elevate reporting and insights.Experience leveraging AI tools and applications to enhance reporting, insight generation, and decision support, while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance.Proven ability to use Power BI to build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and management reporting, including executive level visualizationsAdvanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, including long-term financial modeling, valuation, and the ability to challenge assumptions and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.Understanding of cruise line operations (hotel and technical), global deployment, and shipboard work environments is a plus.
