Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of strategic marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, drive demand, and support revenue growth. This role collaborates across departments to coordinate campaigns, create content, manage digital channels, and analyze performance to optimize marketing efforts.
Essential Job Functions
Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital ads, events)Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and assetsMonitor performance and provide regular reporting with recommendations for improvementWork with appropriate parties to create content for emails, landing pages, brochures, and social mediaSupport design workflows by partnering with creative teams to develop graphics, visuals, and promotional materialsMaintain brand consistency across all communicationsPerform additional tasks as assignedRequirements
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficientlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of traditional and digital marketing toolsKnowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft suite of products, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookFamiliarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System softwareAbility to work independently, as well as within a teamStrong desire to take actionAmbitions to learn and grow, developing skills/experience applicable to any career pathEducation and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field of study1 - 3 years of experience in marketing or a related rolePhysical Requirements
