Valid CDL-A licenseAt least 23 years of ageMinimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience in the last 5 years with similar equipmentNo major violations in the past 36 months (DUI, reckless driving, excessive speed >15 mph over, hit & run, 2+ at-fault accidents, 4+ moving violations, etc. – full list provided during application)Willing to work weekends & holidaysMust pass pre-employment drug screen (onsite)Full adherence to FMCSA Hours of ServiceAcceptance of any driver not meeting the above is subject to Rowland Transportation and insurance company approval.
