Monitors food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food in order to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner.Schedules and receives food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents in order to verify product quality and quantity.Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.Operations Management
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.Monitors department budgets and payroll records, and reviews financial transactions in order to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted.Conduct & monitor department inventory, submitting reports on weekly & monthly basis.Enforces compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety and health.Qualifications

Overview

Overview
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the GM with sales, profits, staffing, image, and operation of the store. They will assist with proactively leading the store to ensure the achievement of business goals in revenues, expense, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory shrinkage, and employee morale.
Furthermore, the Assistant General Manager will provide customers and employees with outstanding service through friendly, quick, efficient, accurate and safe assistance.
Essential Duties:
Assist with the sales and profit projections as outlined by corporate management.Assist with meeting and exceeding sales goals through the efficient execution of Company policies and procedures.Assist with supervise department managers to ensure they are in compliance with established store policies and procedures.Assisting with providing operational and customer service training for store employees at all levels.Assist with investigating employee issues with assistance from Human Resources & resolving escalated issues.Maintain confidential information related to employee, company, & store topics.Assist with holding weekly staff meetings with department managers to discuss and resolve any issues relating to operations, staffing, etc.Ensure the store presents a pleasing image by changing store displays for better traffic flowAssist with creating, preparing and submitting reports to corporate such as: Daily Sales, Monthly Sales, COGS, Petty Cash, Labor ControlAssist with creating managers’ monthly scheduleAssist with providing store operations and personnel budget plan to Executive Management for review and approval.Assist with writing operations manual to include day-to-day procedures to be followed by department.Assist with preparing and presenting performance evaluations and counseling notices to direct reports.Know and understand all store employees’ job responsibilities.Proactively support any promotional activity within the store and contribute to an effective working environment.Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by GM or Executive Management.
Customer Relations:
Interact with customers in a courteous and professional mannerProvide exceptional customer service by taking care of customer disputes and readily accessible to our customers.Inform the customer of all services and specials we can provide them
Human Resources:
Extend job offers to candidates considered for employment at store level.Develop a diverse, high performance team by coaching, counseling and mentoring.Review department timesheets for accuracy of hours and overtime.Provide new hire orientation for store employees.Monitor store staffing on a daily basis to ensure each department is adequately staffed.
Auditing:
Audit refund and/or credits against itemized sales from previous day.Audit cash drawers and transactions.Audit and track special events.Assist with creating Daily Audit Report with sales information and auditing discoveries for executive management.Research problems discovered during audits.
Safety, Loss Prevention and Procedural Compliance:
Assist with administering IIPP procedures, Safety Program and procedures.Assist with curbing internal and external theft.Ensure satisfactory maintenance, appearance and condition of assigned facilities to comply with security, safety and environmental codes and ordinances.Enforce compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety and loss prevention.Comply with all OSHA requirements.

The Facility Manager is primarily responsible for the repair and operation of pinsetters, pin spotters, automatic scoring machines, lanes and other facility equipment at the highest level of operating proficiency. The Facility Manager is also responsible for all the repairs and operations of an amusement arcade. His/her job is to oversee, manage, and maintain mechanical and arcade machines. In addition, the Facility Manager assists with planning and budgeting for repairs and upgrades and performs administrative, logistic or other duties as assigned. Travel may be required.
Essential Duties:
Bowling:
Ensures that bowling equipment is being serviced and maintained.Ensures that lane maintenance and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, and other bowling-related equipment are being conducted and maintained.Trains other mechanics in Brunswick machine area safety procedures and standards of operation for bowling equipment, building maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs.Ensures Brunswick's operational compliance with appropriate laws and policies including OSHA safety practices and procedures.Improves and updates the current inventory system; keeps inventory current.Identifies and suggests repairs and replacements of malfunctioning bowling equipment with final approvals from Manager/ Supervisor or Sr. General Manager as appropriate.Updates the Brunswick preventative maintenance charts for the bowling center equipment as posted (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).Ensures high-scoring lane conditions meet and align with USBC specifications.Must successfully complete the Brunswick mechanic training programs for the machine type in their assigned center, as well as any other training programs developed for their position.Amusement (Arcade):
Ensures that amusement arcade games are being serviced and maintained.Responds to customer complaints of machine malfunction; analyzes the mechanism to find the root of the problem.Manages the installation, maintenance, and repairs both mechanical and circuitry issues in arcade game machines.Manages the transporting of machines and ensures machines are assembled using meters, electrical parts, hand tools, and soldering irons.Able to readily identify the most common problem with components like controls and audio systems.Other:
Obtains bids for regular and emergency repairs/maintenance of the facility in accordance with the budget proposal.Monitors and schedules regular maintenance of HVAC system, roof, plumbing system, electrical system, life/safety, and other building systems.Performs other maintenance and repair tasks.Keeps a clean and organized workshop.Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as overtime to support business needs.Other duties may be assigned.Non-Essential Duties:
