Job Title: Painter Location: Littleton, NHShift 4:30 pm – 3:00 am M-THReports to: Foreman Job Overview: The painter is responsible for prepping, priming, and painting Rotobec products. Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare, clean, and paint Rotobec products.Label products and transport them with a forklift/overhead crane.Safely operate equipment, machinery, and overhead craneMeets or exceeds set production targets as directed by supervisor.Keep area, machines, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and clear of debris.Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the supervisor.Respect the required standards in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.Other duties as assigned by manager.Willing to cross-train as neededQualificationsAbility to perform quality work in compliance with the required standards as demonstrated in previous employment/experience.Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Job Title: CNC Operator Location: Littleton, NHShift: 4:30 pm - 3:00 am M-ThReports to: ForemanJob Overview: The CNC operators are responsible for monitoring and operating our CNC (computer numerically controlled) machine to cut metal used in the manufacturing of Rotobec products.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonitor and operate CNC (computer numerically controlled) machines to ensure efficient and accurate production.Load materials into the CNC machine.Calculate material feed rates and adjust machine speed based on vibrations and sounds that indicate potential malfunctions.Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and CAD drawings to ensure precise manufacturing. Inspect fabricated parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.Perform setup and adjustments of each unit correctly.Safely operate machinery, tools, and overhead cranes.Meets or exceeds set production targets as directed by supervisor.Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free workplace.Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Participate in cross-training and assist in other production areas as needed.
