YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:The Estimator I is a salaried, entry-level position that assists in preparing bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Estimator I has limited discretion to vary from established procedures when assembling construction costs by collecting and studying information to learn how to bid on a project. The Estimator I works under general supervision and provides overall support for several small to medium projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:The Service Manager is responsible for providing overall management and direction for several small projects and multiple service calls.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Provide initial client contact to assess client needs for their facility or service call.
Prepare a complete estimate, budget for the service call or small project with a detailed review of client requirements.
Negotiate and maintain terms and rates with clients for facilitating and sustaining service accounts.
Manage financial aspects of contracts with the service project assistant (progress billings, rental equipment, income / expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client to ensure profitability of this function.
Prepare monthly cost reports under the supervision of a Division Manager.
Schedule regular visits with sustaining service accounts to assure client satisfaction.
Fulfill division objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all projects. Instill and promote a ”win-win” attitude with the service drivers to ensure successful, profitable work for the company as well as a satisfied customer. Coordinate efforts with Business Development Group.
Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by service drivers and support personnel. Execute organization's programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistent with corporate.

The Project Manager I is a mid-level electrical project management professional responsible for leading healthcare-related projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring strict compliance with healthcare facility standards and delivering exceptional client service. This role provides comprehensive project management support for multiple small to medium electrical projects-or one large, complex healthcare project-while partnering closely with senior project management. The Project Manager I coordinates electrical scopes, oversees scheduling and budgeting, and maintains seamless communication with clients, subcontractors, and healthcare facility stakeholders to ensure safe, code‑compliant, and high‑quality project outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the guidelines of corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project. Negotiate all change orders on the project.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines and under supervision.
Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.
Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.

The Tool Install/Unit Rate Estimator is responsible for preparing and completing unit rate takeoffs and reconciles using pre-established rates and processes. The Estimator helps the Project Management team control construction costs by collecting and studying information, evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring they know what is required to successfully price the work and ensuring the correct unit rates are being applied.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoffs using a predetermined estimating program & reviewing computer printout for accuracy and completeness. Perform audits, sometimes daily, at jobsite to assist in preparation of takeoffs.Request quotes from suppliers for equipment and materials when directed by the Project Management team. Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and solicit quotes when directed by the Project Management team. Review quotes for completeness with plans and specifications and alignment with unit rate compensation structure.As necessary meet with Project Management to review takeoffs for additional clarification, help needs or discrepancies between actual hours and takeoff hours. Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents.
