    YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

    The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment. May act as a team lead for Non-Exempt safety employees.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazardous conditions; ensure timely resolution.

    Participate in pre-construction meetings and development of site-specific safety plans.

    Deliver safety training based on program and personnel needs.

    Lead injury and incident investigations; conduct analysis and share lessons learned.

    Support pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.

    Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance with safety standards.

    Coordinate with field leadership to identify training needs and high-risk activities.

    Ensure compliance with LOTO procedures and first-time energization protocols.

    Review Step-by-Steps and Method of Procedures (MOPs).

    Issue and monitor permits as required.

    Interpret project one-line diagrams.

    Apply NFPA 70E guidelines, including PPE and approach distances.

    Maintain advanced knowledge of company HSE standards, programs, and goals.

    Promote a safe and productive environment by reinforcing and demonstrating HSE standards across projects.

    Lead and mentor junior safety team members.

    Compile and analyze safety data; prepare reports in compliance with regulations.

    Assist with emergency planning as needed.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred

    Professional verbal and written communication skills

    WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

    4-year related degree and 4 years related experience plus CHST certification or 7 years relevant experience and CHST.

    Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.

    TRAVEL:

    Up to 25 % as needed

    The Assistant Project Manager is an entry-level project management position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. In addition, the APM is responsible for providing administrative and construction support for our Project Management team.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and meeting minutes.

    Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintained, etc.

    Maintain change orders, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs. Prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.

    Responsible for contract submittals that are accurate and timely.

    Responsible for creating and issuing the Subcontractors' contracts.

    Responsible for the assembly and timely delivery of the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.

    Ensure that the project quality control plan is followed.

    Interacts with subcontractors to ensure we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.

    Responsible for keeping the Warranty Log up to date.

    Attend company/project meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc., and provide project management support

    Cooperate with and technically assist field personnel assigned to the area of responsibility.

    Monitor other contractors' activities and progress.

    Responsible for creating the Job Information Sheets and establishing Job Files.

    Prepares price change orders and project reports and documentation.

    Works with payroll to ensure accurate payroll information.

    Rosendin is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Investments to lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic equity investment opportunities that support the company's long-term growth strategy. This role will work closely with executive leadership, strategy, business unit leaders, and external stakeholders to identify emerging technologies, adjacent markets, and innovative companies that complement Rosendin's strategic priorities.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in building Rosendin's strategic investment capabilities by developing investment themes, sourcing opportunities, leading investment evaluations, and supporting transaction execution while helping establish scalable investment processes and best practices.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Develop investment themes and market maps across priority sectors, emerging technologies, and adjacent markets

    Independently source and evaluate strategic equity investment, partnership, and minority investment opportunities aligned with Rosendin's long-term strategy

    Build and maintain relationships with founders, venture capital firms, private equity firms, investment bankers, accelerators, incubators, and industry partners

    Partner closely with the Strategy team and business unit leaders to develop investment theses and identify high-impact strategic investment opportunities

    Conduct market research, competitive analysis, technology assessments, commercial diligence, and strategic evaluations

    Develop financial models, valuation analyses, investment memoranda, business cases, and executive presentation materials

    Lead investment due diligence and coordinate cross-functional workstreams across finance, legal, HR, operations, IT, tax, and other business functions

    Assess strategic fit, commercial viability, technology differentiation, cultural fit, integration complexity, and value creation opportunities

    Lead investment execution activities through negotiation support, closing, governance documentation, and post-investment monitoring

    Develop investment governance frameworks, pipeline management tools, investment evaluation methodologies, and best practices

    Monitor strategic investment portfolio performance and identify opportunities to maximize strategic value

    Support executive leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects as needed

    WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

    12+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic investments, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate strategy, management consulting, or related fields

    Demonstrated experience evaluating 100+ strategic investment, acquisition, partnership, and/or minority investment opportunities

    Experience leading or supporting 10+ completed strategic investments, acquisitions, partnerships, or other strategic transactions from investment thesis through closing

    Demonstrated experience independently sourcing strategic investment opportunities and building relationships with founders, venture capital firms, private equity firms, accelerators, incubators, and investment bankers

    Strong experience developing investment theses, financial models, valuation analyses, business cases, and executive-level investment recommendations

    Demonstrated ability to assess strategic fit, market attractiveness, technology differentiation, commercial viability, organizational readiness, cultural fit, and value creation opportunities

    Proven ability to lead cross-functional due diligence efforts across finance, legal, HR, operations, IT, tax, and other business functions

    Demonstrated ability to identify strategic, operational, financial, organizational, and integration-related risks and develop practical recommendations for executive leadership

    Experience developing investment governance processes, pipeline management tools, evaluation frameworks, and investment best practices

    Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

This role will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, optimize business processes, align enterprise systems, and support scalable growth across the organization.

    12+ years of experience in business transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, program management, finance transformation, or related fields

    Demonstrated experience leading 5+ enterprise-wide transformation programs, ERP implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or large-scale operational improvement projects

    Demonstrated experience leading 5+ post-merger integration projects or enterprise integration initiatives involving multiple business functions

    The Lead Estimator manages a group of Sr. Estimators and Estimators to ensure all estimates under supervision are complete and meet all expectations. The Lead Estimator is responsible for planning, preparing, and completing bid/submittal documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Work with senior estimators to create an execution plan, prepare the estimate from quantity take-off on the project, and complete the estimate to computer printout.

    Identify parts of the project that may be key to making a competitive estimate and evaluate possible areas for potential value engineering cost savings.

    Review proposal specifications, and drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate.

    Provide leadership to personnel and ensure the process and procedures are followed and met.

    Review labor productivity and (installation unit costs where applicable) based on projected site conditions and historical data.

    Review quotes for completeness and conformance with plans and specs.

    Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents.

    The Electrical Services Manager 1 is responsible for providing overall administrative and service support for small recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and project meeting minutes.

    Supervise and direct overall work activities as assigned by the Electrical Services Manager, including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc.

    Prepare a complete estimate, budget for the service contract, project, or service call with a detailed review of client requirements.

    Manage scopes of work within service contracts, with scope of work including electrical and fire alarm services for preventive maintenance, repairs, and subcontracts as required, and repair or renovation work as requested.

    Provide support for team projects based on the complexity of individual projects and additional support required.

    Understand terms and rates with clients for facilitating and sustaining service accounts.

    Manage financial aspects of contracts with the Project Assistant or Service Coordinator to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the client to ensure profitability of this function.

    Schedule regular visits with Electrical Services Managers for sustaining service accounts to assure client satisfaction.

    Fulfill division objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.

    Rosendin is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development, to support the company's strategic growth initiatives through market assessment, target sourcing, acquisition and investment evaluation, transaction execution, integration planning, and strategic project support.

    This role will partner closely with executive leadership, strategy, operations, finance, and business unit leaders to identify and evaluate growth opportunities, support M&A and strategic investments, and help build scalable corporate development capabilities across the organization.

    The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, transaction experience, financial analysis, relationship-building, and operational problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Develop market maps through industry research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments to support inorganic growth initiatives

    Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition, partnership, and strategic investment opportunities across priority sectors and adjacent markets

    Build relationships with founders, management teams, investment bankers, advisors, and industry contacts

    Partner closely with the Strategy team and business leaders to understand strategic priorities and develop investment theses and growth strategies

    Develop financial models, valuation analyses, business cases, investment memoranda, and executive presentation materials

    Lead due diligence activities and coordinate cross-functional workstreams across finance, legal, HR, operations, IT, tax, and other business functions

    Assess strategic fit, cultural fit, integration complexity, operational risks, and value creation opportunities associated with potential transactions

    Lead transaction execution activities, integration planning, Day 1 readiness efforts, and post-close value creation initiatives

    Identify operational, financial, organizational, and integration-related issues and recommend practical solutions

    Develop and implement best practices, transaction processes, diligence frameworks, integration playbooks, and corporate development methodologies

    Support select cross-functional strategic initiatives related to scalability, integration readiness, finance transformation, and corporate growth infrastructure

    Assist executive leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed

    WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

    12+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, corporate strategy, management consulting, or related fields

    Demonstrated experience evaluating 50+ acquisition, partnership, and/or strategic investment opportunities and supporting multiple transactions across the M&A lifecycle, including target evaluation, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, closing, and integration planning

    Strong experience in financial analysis, valuation modeling, investment evaluation, business case development, and executive-level decision support

    Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across finance, legal, HR, operations, IT, tax, and other business functions

    Demonstrated ability to identify operational, financial, organizational, and integration-related issues and implement practical solutions, process improvements, and best practices

    Experience assessing strategic fit, cultural fit, organizational readiness, integration complexity, and value creation opportunities associated with acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships

    Experience developing integration plans, Day 1 readiness activities, synergy assessments, and post-close value creation initiatives

    Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment

    Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills

    Ability to operate independently with sound business judgment in an evolving and entrepreneurial environment

    CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional designation preferred

    TRAVEL:

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

    Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

    Pay Range

    $193,600.00-$254,100.00 Annual
