The Homebased Therapist - Child Welfare provides specialized therapeutic services for children under 18 and their families in a home-based setting. This role focuses on comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and delivering individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of child welfare clients. Operating primarily through in-person visits, the therapist maintains confidentiality while collaborating closely with a clinical manager and managing a caseload of 10-15 clients.

Required Qualifications
Professional Liability Insurance, minimum car insurance, workman's compensation or State of Indiana WaiverRegistered LLC,Minimum of 2 years’ experience in child welfare therapyMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related fieldLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Masters Level ClinicianExpertise in child therapy, family therapy, and crisis managementProficiency in trauma-informed care and case documentationStrong communication, empathy, and cultural competency skillsEffective time management and confidentiality practices
