    At Roost, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. As a Line Cook, you'll prepare fresh, high-quality meals that deliver the exceptional experience our guests expect. Working alongside the Kitchen Manager, Back of House Captain, and fellow Team Members, you'll help ensure every dish is prepared with consistency, accuracy, and care.

    We're looking for dependable Team Members who take pride in their work, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

    ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards. Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Properly prepare, label, store, and rotate food products using FIFO procedures. Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation standards. Communicate effectively with the Kitchen Manager, Back of House Captain, and fellow Team Members. Assist with stocking, inventory, and maintaining kitchen organization. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Support fellow Team Members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Passion for food and a commitment to quality. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently.
