To reach this goal, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will execute marketing strategies, coordinate campaigns and provide essential support to Sales and the organization to meet company goals.
Accountabilities Include:
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, digital ads, print, etc.).Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional activities.Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and insights for optimization.Create and post new content and updates on social media platforms.Help manage the marketing event calendar, ensuring deadlines are met for all deliverables.Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, trends, and customer preferences.Assist with email marketing campaigns, email design, and performance tracking.Manage inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements for Success:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field or equivalent experience.A minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing support role or similar position.Demonstrated ability to use Canva and PowerPoint.Experience with event planning and/or trade show coordination preferred.Ability to turn creative, original ideas into practical, value-driving realities.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to effectively express ideas and information.Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow policies, processes and procedures.Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to task in completing assignments with quality outputs.Basic math computation skills to include, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions.Computer skills include understanding basic computer manipulation, managing computer files, word processing, using spreadsheets and databases, creating presentations, finding information, and communicating.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and marketing software (CRM, email platforms, social media tools, etc).Professional, self-starter who is reliable, solutions oriented, flexible, proactive, resilient, organized, and punctual.
