Job Description:
This individual will
Oversee all general office functions to ensure smooth daily operation of our Anaheim corporate headquartersMaintain office calendar, client visits, staff schedules, facilities, order supplies, etc. You will be responsible for handling purchase orders, and resolving customer order/service-related issues. *Daily duties will include handling a low volume of incoming calls, data entry, web portal updating, digital file organizationRemote support for accounting manager. Process Credit card chargesCoordinate with branch offices Support Sales team – type sales orders, sales quotations and send out literature or product samples as requested.Handle customer service calls. You will be the first point of contact with current and potential customers so professional communication skills and courtesy are key requirements.Coordinate International Shipping arrangements.
